The FCACS partners with complementary organizations or programs that support its goals.

At present, these include:

• Fremont County Emergency Management Agency, an agency of Fremont County Government
• Wyoming RACES (Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service), a program of the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security
• Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES), a program of the ARRL
