EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY

The Director of the Fremont County Emergency Management Agency (FCEMA) has the authority to activate/mobilize the FCACS.

FCACS has been designated by FCEMA as its ACS (Auxiliary Communications Service) and FCACS operates under the auspices of the FCEMA, though FCACS is an NGO.
